What this site collects
Nothing. This is a static website with no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels and no sign-up forms.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own.
Embedded players
The Spotify player on the home page loads with that section of the page, so Spotify does receive a request when you scroll to it, and their privacy terms apply to that player.
The performance video is different: it loads only after you click play. Until then no request is made to YouTube and they receive nothing about your visit. When it does load, it uses YouTube's no-cookie domain.
Links out
Links to Spotify, Instagram and YouTube leave this site. What those services collect is governed by their policies, not this one.
Hosting
The site is served as static files. The host keeps standard server logs, which ordinarily include IP address and browser user agent. Those logs are not used to build any profile of visitors and are not combined with anything else.
If you write to music@evansgeneralco.com, that message is kept in order to reply to it. It is not added to any list — there is no mailing list.
Changes
If this site ever adds analytics or a mailing list, this page will be updated to say so.
